"Treatment was great. The issue is that we prepaid for services and our entire first phase of treatment was paid for. Then we moved - and didn't finish the treatment. They finally agreed to give us a refund of less than 1/3 of what we paid (even though we didn't even finish 50% of the treatment). We still have yet to receive the refund!! We were promised this refund back in October and I began calling about it back in August!! Once they have your money -- look out!!"
