"Ran out of roast beef which is not their fault but their beef n cheddars are my favorite. I would of came back another day instead of getting a sandwich with hardly any roast beef. I went thru drive thru while my friend went it. He ordered 2 and only could give him 1. Told him they ran out. Nothing was said to me. I would of just ordered something else. It's too expensive to not get what you pay for"
"Food was good, used the drive through. Nobody spoke to us after placing our order. Pay window I had my card ready, they just took it and handed it back. Drove to the next window, I just get handed the drinks and food. Is it so hard to say "Thank You?""
"Best Arby's I have been to in a while. Great sweet tea, hot roast beef, perfectly crunchy fries. I ate my food before I could snap a pic, haha."
"It is nice to see some places and people still take pride in their work, food, service, and atmosphere and this is one of them. A fast food place that has figured out how to do this, shows that it is possible everywhere. It must come from the top. I would work here with pride. Others need to come and take a look at what customer service and having pride in where you work looks like."
"I've always had great service here despite ongoing labor shortages. It's a great spot for a quick bite. Food is always hot and delicious. There's plenty of parking as well. Conveniently located just off I-68 across the street from Lowes."
