"My reviews for this are nothing about Dr Schaefer herself. She's a great dentist. My problem is with the practice. Here's the deal...after 32 years of being told "we're family ", I was abruptly dropped as a client because of Medicare. Look, I get it. "Nothing personal. Strictly business (what happened to "we're family"?" But, while covered under 3rd party insurance, I received my routine 6 month cleaning where it was discovered I needed 4 repairs. It wasn't until I showed up for my next appointment to fix these repairs that I was told my Medicare wouldn't be accepted. No referral was given as I was told that most people in my position stay with the practice and pay out-of-pocket ($800 in repairs? Yeah, right. Tell me another one). Bottom line...after a 32 year "family" relationship, I was thrown under the bus with 4 holes in my mouth and no dentist. Just goes to show...there's a bold line between business and family."

"Dr. Schaeffer is kind, gentle, and extremely professional. She practices caution and avoids unnecessary (i.e. expensive) procedures. The staff members are welcoming and ensure their patient's comfort. I've recommended her practice to others and they've been equally as impressed."

"I've been seeing Dr Schaeffer since I was in elementary school ( I'm 30 now) and not once have I ever had an issue with her services or anyone in her office. Everyone is so nice and welcoming when you walk in. Everything is fully explained prior to procedures, no surprise bills in the mail. Everytime I've called with a tooth issue ive always been able to get an appointment very quickly. I live over an hour away now and still won't go anywhere else, no matter what level of pain I'm in."

They are kind, courteous, polite, and professional. Dr. Schaeffer even came in on her day off to tend to my emergency dental needs. The receptionist will review the bill and answer all my questions BEFORE I hit the dental seat. This is a great dentist and staff!!!!"
