"I had a crown placed on my tooth in this clinic, but a crown was placed without prior canal filling. Which was supposed to last for several YEARS, but fell out after a few months, causing excruciating pain and exposing my root canals. Seeking immediate assistance revealed an infection, requiring urgent root canal procedures and antibiotics, resulting in significant swelling for 10 days in another clinic. Despite the crown being under warranty, Absolut Smile's response was EXTREMELY RUDE, with the doctor refusing reimbursement. I have never been treated so rudely by any doctor in my life! My interaction with the hygienist was also unpleasant. She openly discussed patients with assistants and speaking with me very very disparagingly and unprofessional. Despite informing her twice about my new crown and existing pain. But she deliberately stuck the dental floss in that tooth, tears welled up in my eyes due to the pain. Even though apologizing immediately, left me with an uncomfortable and unprofessional encounter. I reached out to my insurance company, which ACKNOWLEDGED the dentist's mistake and refunded my money. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone!!!l"

"I can absolutely say Dr.Fridman is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. I called with an emergency and was seen the same day. His staff is wonderful !They explained everything in detail and helped me to set up finances for procedures. Would definitely recommend to everyone !"

"The lady at the front desk has a terrible attitude does not care about the people that come into this office all she cares about is money. She yells at you on the phone and in person. I went in for a FILLING they exposed my nerve then told me my insurance doesn’t pay for the root canal I need to extract a tooth or get a root canal I told her I don’t have $600 right now but I can make payments . I am a 24 year old single mom of a 4year old barely making ends meet . But anyway So I call and ask about a payment arrangement said “we don’t do those can you dad or you get a credit card” LIKE what . Then refused to do services my insurance did pay for. The doctor didn’t even do the root canal right and my mouth hurts so bad and she said I can not even come get it looked at until I pay $600. Now they can shove all their services up there you know what. And my dad contacted a lawyer. It was just TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO"

Going back for a crown soon. The office staff are all friendly, personable and welcoming. Would recommend."
