"We ate there thirty eight years ago while there recently on family matters we decided to eat there it was just as good many years later .portions were quite large and extremely delicious we ended up taking more than half home plus their dinner rolls are so large they fill the palm of UR hand"
"Our Waitress was great, food was good and the restrooms were clean. I had Fettuccine Alfredo with Mushrooms and Shrimp and would get it again. Great portion sizes too. Only draw back was I asked for a refill at 8:40 and was told "were closed" yet there hours state they are open till 9:00pm, otherwise it would have been a perfect 5 stars."
"This isn't your typical Italian Restaurant. It has a very unique industrial feel, yet with cubicle like seating, which feels a bit cramped. That being said, if you're craving a huge portion of delicious pasta, then look no further than Combines. The service was great, and our server Linda was very attentive to everything we needed. With a nice drink selection and outdoor seating, this is a refreshing spot for good drinks and a hefty meal. I give this place a 5 because I leave happy, full, and always toting some leftovers."
"So I will start out by confessing that I probably didn't lean into this restaurant's strong points. I was looking for something lighter than a big bowl of pasta. So I ordered the beer steamed muscles and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I should have known I was in trouble when I ordered a vodka martini and it came in an oversized shot glass Do not order a martini here. If you want a martini and great food, go to Hickory Grille. The muscles arrived along with an oversized bread roll. They should really call this dish muscle soup. The bowl was half filled with flavorless broth. It would have been a much better dish if the broth were substantially less and more concentrated in flavor. Also don't believe the menu...there was no fresh parsley. The pizza was better but not exactly what I was hoping for... I really wanted a crispy thin crust and what I got was a doughy thinish crust. Not bad if that is what you want, Finally the place was almost empty but I was stuck off in a corner. I was constantly bothered by little nats and I don't think it was due to my hygiene. The booths are not particularly comfortable. (No padding). Like I said in the beginning, this place is known for it's large portions of pasta. If I go back, I will have to try that and see if I have a better overall experience."
