"First time eating at Panera and was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I was greeted right away and explained menu optionsand offered suggestions. The food was a little pricey but there was very little wait time and the food was delicious. I have zero complaints and will definitely be eating here again."
"Ordered a "large " ice coffee ( that is smaller then a medium Dunkin and cost twice as much as Dunkin medium ) . 0rdered the vallian ice coffee. Tasted like water and cream no coffee flavour no vallian flavour. Waste of money."
"It's a shame that it was $74 for lunch for 3 and they couldn't even give me my pickle. Last week they skipped my dressing and the fresh mozzarella I paid extra for. I could give you an example from absolutely every order we've ever placed."
"Food was clearly recycled from the day before. Got the chicken and wild rice was water down(due to reheating) sandwich was good but portions keep shrinking. Service was great tho staff was friendly. Atmosphere it was hard to find a clean table and we were there for an 11 am lunch so can only imagine what later would be like"
"Ordered here many times and every single time they mess up the order or forget something. We called them back to correct our order and they never answered. I know many people who also got food poisoning eating here. They also claimed one of their soups to be gluten free and it was not. I have celiacs and was extremely sick for hours because of their miscommunication. Food is terrible quality. We received many items that were spoiled and stale. Horrible customer service and unfriendly workers."
