"First time seeing a dentist in forever due to anxiety and terrible experiences. although it was only an initial exam, the team made me very comfortable and at ease. i didn’t feel as if they were trying to get over on me, or sneak in unnecessary work as most dentists do. they were very gentle, up-front, and knowledgeable and answered every question i had thoroughly. flexible and fast appointments times and multiple financing plans and assistance for big jobs! "This was my first apt as I am new to the area. I was over 1/2 late going back for my appointment. I was also surprised this apt did not include a cleaning. It was basically a meet and exam and THEN come back for a cleaning appointment. I was not told this when I made the apt. That was very odd to me, and meant I now needed to take more time off work to come back again. The office mgr was helpful in rescheduling my daughter’s apt later that day, because I was going to have to do the same thing, 2 apts, for her. The 2 apt is very disruptive with school and work. ASPEN should reconsider this approach. The staff was very nice and helpful"
"Dr. Coats and Aisha are amazing! Every appointment I’ve had at this AspenDental location has been great, but my fillings I had done today by them was the best experience I’ve had. I have severe anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable! I highly recommend this location!"
