"5 yo daughter has had speech problems her whole life. Apparently theres no structural or intellectual diagnosis to explain her speech problems but we all have a really hard time understanding her. Speech therapy has helped a lot. Highmark is refusing to pay for the past 2 years of services. Bunch of criminals want to take our premium but not pay for the medical care we need Unnacceptable. Thank God my company is switching to UHC."

How dare you take over BCBS and do such a poor job doing so, I hope someone buys this company out again, they can't possibly do any worse than yours, and your protocol on not allowing blood work at a hospital in the past and only at quest is super inconvenient for those that don't live around a quest, you managed to completely screw every over thanks a lot!"

"New customer and so far this insurance which isn't cheap by any means has been terrible to deal with. Wait times, employees seem unresponsive and unwilling to resolve issues. Things that other insurance companies can accomplish the same day or at most in one day Highmark seems to take a week, a week and a half. First impressions, they only care about their money and damn everything, and everyone else."
