"Was in the store and had one couple ahead of me, that was trying to figure out what they wanted. Three employees in the store, not the first one asked if I could be helped, instead they stood around playing on their phones. After the couple in front of me ordered, it took the girl some time to make a banana split. Once the order was complete and they paid. The girl came back and took my order, one large chocolate milkshake, the girl then walks over to the one guy still playing on his phone and says something to the extent that she didn't want to make a milkshake. He says something back to her, and she turns and starts going oh oh oh, grabs her phone and tells me that it is after 8 o'clock and they have to start cleaning up, and dont make milkshakes after 8. It was 8:09. They close at 9, really?! One milkshake!! Why not just put a sign that says our employees are slow and lazy, so we can't serve you anything beside ice cream after 8."

"Menu online and at store list a warm hot fudge brownie sundae as a choice. Store says they no longer make them. Try to order 3 large milkshakes instead. They say the machines are taken down at 8:30 pm for cleaning. It was 8:32pm. There is no sign to say the machines are unavailable after 8:30 pm. Menu offers sundaes. They can only do scoops of ice cream at night. What is the point? Went to Wendy's instead."

"This was also a dunkin which is what we stopped for and they messed up the order very badly. I ordered a small cold brew with cold foam and they gave me a sweet tea. That was disgusting. They made us wait for almost 10 minutes for 3 drinks and a bag of mixed munchkins. Not sure what the issue was as there were more than 8 people standing around behind the counter. What a waste of money. Do not advise going there if you want your order correct."

"all of the ice cream flavors we wanted weren’t at this location. menu board was out of date and the lady at the window got frustrated with us for not knowing what we wanted even though every flavor we asked for they didn’t have."

"Good deals especially via app. However, app is a little wonky. Coffee is 95% as good as Starbucks but cost almost half & (btw this is also a dunkin donuts) DD has more food choices. Very busy in the morning till about 10 am, then it's slow all day."
