"This location has made some major improvements in the last couple months. The team is very friendly to everyone and works hard to keep to a schedule. (8 months ago I would not have been able to say this) Kudos to the entire team, keep up the good work. 2/1/24 edit…. There is one young girl in there that is not very nice. I thought the first time she was just having a bad day but she was a little snippy the next two times I saw her there. She does not fit the tag line the company uses. Hopefully she moves on to a place that better suits her because one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch!"

"Recently needed to take my mother for some dental work. From the time we walked in the door right up until the end of our visit, the staff was outstanding! In a world that finds kindness a challenge, these people were beyond kind! I can’t thank them enough for taking great care of my 87 year old mother! Thank you!!!"

"First experience was today. Making the appointment was super simple and the staff was very nice and courteous. I told them why I was calling to get scheduled which was for a routine cleaning and a potential filling of a cavity. They took some dental X-rays and sat me down to await the dentist for a cleaning. While I'm waiting I get pulled out to the front where someone from billing instructs me that I'm to pay 73$ that my insurance won't cover prior to receiving my services. I asked if I could be rescheduled but I am pressed to say that my previous dentist never claimed my insurance didn't pay for 100% of the costs. So I unfortunately will not be going back to Aspen and will just return to my previous dentist who's much closer. Little annoyed they couldn't tell me that prior to driving over an hour to get here! EDIT: They told me I have a cavity that definitely needs a root canal !They took one look at it an made that assumption. Then said the earliest they could get me in was 2 to 3 months away!! By then it would get worse! Made one call to Padners in berwick and he's gonna do everything all in one visit! Shop around people there are better dentists you don't need to go to these crooks"

"Today's "new patient" dental visit was as enjoyable as a dentist visit can be! Each staff member (to include every station) was extremely professional, and pleasant. At no time did it appear as they were attempting to push/sell unneeded services on me. Highly recommend."
