"I came for a routine check up at this facility back in the fall it was my first time there I got x-rays done and they they told my I needed some fillings to be done super to the point didn't bother answering my questions didn't care just got the x-rays and sent me off not welcoming at all came back to get my fillings done the dr didn't give me an idea of what he was going to do didn't tell me anything no step by step nothing i was never afraid of going to the dentist ever one he was really rough with the needle didn't let me know it was coming just went for it numb me up and the started filling my teeth when I tell you I felt everything I felt it all and when I showed him signs I was in pain he told me I gave me more then enough that I shouldn't feel anything he filled 4 teeth in one sitting didn't get a cup of water to rinse hardly got suction to get the debris from the filling and my saliva he and his assistant both yelled at me when I sat up to spit in my hand all the stuff that should of been suction I laid back down and apologized I was shaking like a leaf the whole appt praying that he was almost done after I called my mom to come get me i was in tears never would I step foot in that place fast forward to today I found a new dentist to get one of my other teeth fixed and he took an x-rays of my teeth there was a number of things wrong with the fillings he did on my teeth they were done half fast , not properly filled and not polish the filling they were rough and jagged in places so now I got to to get them fixed properly like they should have in the first place now I'm traumatized when I go now ."

"Very unprofessional all of a sudden. Been taking my kids their for 6months. We missed an appointment due to sickness. And was told we could no longer go there. We missed 1 appointment and called before the appointment time and rescheduled for January 4 3:40pm. Stop lying Scranton dental"

"I don’t usually or never do reviews. But having a good dentist for me is important, that is why I feel the need to share my experience with others that probably are thinking about going here. I went to this facility for the first time to get a routine check and get a cleaning. The experience was okey the doctor did not care about what I had to say or bother about explaining what he saw, besides confirming that I was getting a cleaning, his treatment was poor. okey maybe it was a thought day. I went back for a cavity filling, because the front desk lady told me I needed it. This was my first time getting that done, the doctor did not explain what was going on, and what procedure was going to be done and for me to not even ask if it was my time doing that, was unprofessional. He started putting this giant needle in my mouth, for numbing, it was supper unexpected for me. I started feeling frustrated because they are supposed to walk the patient trough the process and ask questions. I stop him and ask him what he was doing, that nobody talk me through anything and that it was my first time, and he acted like I was asking something stupid, like I should know how to do his job, because is common sense. He carve my cavities and then left, and assistant came in to put my fillings and was asking me the whole time to keep my mouth open while I couldn’t even move it, because it was numb, they are suppose to have one of those opening things. Kept asking me to chew, I guess to see If she didn’t over fill it, which she did. How I am going to know if I’m chewing the right way if my mouth is numb??? I got home, after hours, it calm down and in fact the teeth was over filled! The natural occlusion of my dentition is gone, because the tooth is over filled and the bottom was filled flat, no shape, no esthetic! After they were done, I didn’t even receive a cup of water to watch my mouth from all the residue, I had to ask for it to spit of that! Terrible job, the doctor was so unprofessional, I never experience this in my life, no patient to doctor interaction, it looks like I was a number more in his center! You guys should have more respect for your patients and the procedures, there was several times that I had questions and he didn’t took the time to talk to me or ask me If there was any specific problems. Besides, the super poor work that was done!"

"Was fine until upon checkout Karen whom just up and left a physician office where I work without notice just no showed recognized me and continued to INSULT me and my boss. When call called to bring it to office attention the woman on the phone told me " she has a right to speak negative about other businesses " . I'm sorry what!!!!! Update had a filling scheduled today... had an emergency and they refuse to reschedule me"
