"Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I had a root canal and a filling done and felt no pain. They were quick and efficient with the work and I was in and out. They kept making sure throughout the time that I was ok and didn’t need anything. They answered all my questions without hesitation and informed me on everything going on. Dr. Tannis worked on me and I would recommend her to everyone. She squeezed me inter her schedule and made time for me."

"Went in for emergency. Dentist talked me into a root canal that I didn’t think I needed. I was in severe pain. Had same issue year prior and referred to a specialist. It had come back. Did the root canal but pain did not subside. I called the emergency number and left a message, requesting service or pain killer. Call was not returned so I called the office on Monday. They couldn’t squeeze me in until 2 days later but would send prescription. Went to pharmacy, no prescription was sent. Called the emergency number again and left another message. No response. Called the office in the morning and was told that the emergency line was monitored by a dentist that just had a baby. I don’t see how this is my fault? And if she wasn’t available, someone else should have taken over. Finally got in to see a dentist - asked for a different one. The new dentist agreed that I didn’t need a root canal and referred me to a specialist. They know they were wrong, never charged me. Two weeks later, I finally received a call back about the emergency calls."

"I had a new dental hygienist this visit and she was fantastic! Theresa was gentle yet thorough. She was very considerate of my needs and made sure to ask how I was doing often during cleaning. She also made sure that she offered the water suction often during cleaning process so there was no water buildup in my mouth, that in the past made me a bit uncomfortable for a minute. Theresa offered suggestions to me to keep my teeth cleaner between visits. This was the most comfortable and best cleaning I have ever had. Kudos to Electric City and Theresa. A great cleaning experience!"
