"Order #983614138 on 9/29/23 to be ready at 2:09 pm. App order picked up at 2:10 pm, sandwich was cold and they put onions on it. Hot Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich doesn’t come with onions. Asked for utensils, none in bag. Needed spoon for soup. Disappointing visit. Called the store to bring to manager’s attention and no one answered the phone."

"It's the same Panera food as everywhere else, but takes longer. They don't always keep track of their stock when you order online so you've always got a chance to not get what you ordered with just a *shrug* and glance of apathy."

"Staff is excellent. Restaurant is busy at meal times so sometimes kitchen gets backed up but not bad, the atmosphere is pleasant and food is always super fresh. Love the Caesar Salad w chicken and bread!"
