"We ran into an issue with the rooms, but I've got to say the customer service is definitely on point here! Outstanding! The hotel is dated and could use some renovations, but it's in a nice, quiet area. LOVED the staff!"
"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. If you can imagine the bedding with spots of stains and blood. Including one bed that had a very large stain on the corner of the sheet, bed cover, and mattress that was not addressed for quite some time. The tube had a 3-inch dirt band. And I could go on but you would be grossed out even more. This was while my family and I was traveling for a funeral and we had traveled so far and extremely exhausted. The hotel reused to return our money. Don't stay here. The General manager clearly runs her shot like the bates motel."
"Booked it for the pool. The pool is closed until March. They didn’t tell us when we booked Update. IHG was more than happy to change our hotel to a different one that had a pool."
"I would like to know if the manager is going to actually hire someone for front desk. They seem run a permanent ad for help , but don't interview anyone. What is the deal ? Why doesn't the manager care about the staff enough to hire someone ?! It's probably a toxic work environment . No thanks !!"
"The two ladies at the desk Diane and Jennifer were huge lifesavers for me and did everything in their power to be accommodating and helpful. Will stay again based on their service alone."
