"Terrible. After I brought in a water sample, I was told to slowly drain the pool and buy $ hundreds of dollars of chemicals to rectify the water! So I sent another water sample elsewhere. Within 2 days, and 2 different added chemicals, it's clearer than usual at this early point in the summer. I will not be returning even for SHOCK. I will definitely buy from someone else."
"This store is fabulous. And, their store manager, Dawn, is just about the nicest, most helpful, and knowledgeable person you could ask for. We just bought a home with a pool and she really took the time to explain what we'll need and how to get started. They offer water testing and even tested our old pool paint on the spot, in the store, while we waited. She's really made loyal customers out of us, after the first visit.I'm looking forward to many happy swim season seasons under her guidance."
