"If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. I went to purchase shoes for my toddler to start pre-k they intially gave me the wrong size in the box, I went back to get the correct size and they said it would be sent to my house, over a week later I get an email they did not fulfill the order and I would be getting a refund by check in 3 to 5 weeks now left without shoes for my son or the money for the shoes and the store manager refused to give me her information and said that she also has received refunds by check so it’s not a big deal. I could call my credit card company if I wanted."

"I went in with a gift receipt for a refund for a duplicate gift received. I was explained that refunds can only be processed to the original card being that it was a gift. I obviously didn’t have that persons card with me …before the sales person ever explain to me that I could get an exchange instead he processed the refund on his own and pushed it back to the original persons card, leaving me with no product no gift and giving that person who was supposed to be an anonymous donor to my family for Christmas back the money that I could’ve used as a gift for my child for Christmas. This guy has no idea what he’s doing and I am so angry I could scream!!!!"

"I didn't really find what I wanted while shopping here, but then I WAS looking for sandals in the middle of winter! (For an upcoming vacation) They did have a fairly good selection of sandals for winter, I just couldn't find a particular style/size in the brand I was looking for. FYI Famous Footwear offers 10% discount for military members, active and retired. If you are military, remember to ask for it!"
