Walmart Pharmacy

"Extremely rude staff, including a few pharmacist. They ignore anyone standing in line and hang out behind the counter and just keep looking up at you. Will be changing pharmacies when I go see my physician again. VERY VERY rude and inconsiderate staff. They act like if they smiled it would make their head explode."

"I was at urgent care Sunday with my son who had a massive ear infection and pink eye in both eyes. They sent his prescription to hermitage Walmart since it was close by even though we live closer to Greenville. We decided to stop at Verizon before heading to the pharmacy and halfway in my visit to Verizon I called to find out the status of my son’s prescription. The girl on the phone said they could only partial the antibiotic they prescribed him and the eye drop was out of stock and unavailable to order. When I said “okay we’ll I’d like to have them to transferred to Greenville” she came back with “well they aren’t going to have it either” with the most snarky attitude I’ve heard. I said “I still want it transferred”. We showed up at Greenville Walmart and they not only had both prescriptions in stock but they had them ready with a smile and even told my son they hoped he felt better. If Greenville is a bit of a drive for better customer service it’s worth it. My whole family has had issues with a hermitage Walmart pharmacy before."

"First I was told my daughters script would take 45 minutes before it’s done that they never started it because they didn’t know who she was….Then went through the drive thru to pick it up so I didn’t have to take her in since we were doing this on the way home from the doctors appointment, sat in line for 30 minutes and then another 20 minutes for them to get it out to me. definitely changing pharmacies for the entire family."

"I arrived a few minutes before the pharmacy closed, desperate to find one open on a Saturday near 7. They were accommodating, kind, and patient. They filled the prescriptions even when it caused them to stay open longer than posted hours AND they were pleasant about the entire situation. I appreciate the customer service and professional, hardworking team at this location. Many, many thanks and my high recommendations to this location!"

"I have been using Walmart pharmacy since 2007. I think I only encountered one or two times that I had an issue since then. Both were miscommunications with my doctor's office and both were nothing major. Other than that the staff here is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I usually don't have to wait very long in line, and if I do they are nice about it. The pharmacists always explain any new meds to me and have always been able to answer any questions I have. Overall I give 5 stars because they have been consistent over the years. I'd recommend using them."
