"Christine pharmacist refused to fill prescribed medication from my doctor. She stated that she needed to speak with the doctor and she never contacted them. We had the doctor send a new prescription and she still refused to fill it. We asked her why and she refused to tell us stating a policy for the store but not being specific. Asked the store manager and she refused to tell them any reason. Only go here if you want to be discriminated against. After doing this review another pharmacist called and told us that we need to find somewhere else to go for our whole families prescriptions. I am appalled at what this store is doing to our family"

"They had trouble using 2 payment methods for meds ..hsa card for some and debit fir others.. They charged it all to my debit card and had to refund me...it was an unfortunate time as i was post surgery and in pain...and we were in that drivethru for a very long time while they fixed the issues"

"Front counter person today was very good at her job. Lady giving me the covid booster was the nicest lady ever, and should be greatly rewarded by her boss."

"Tried to get antibiotics for my boyfriends tooth infection filled. His new insurance card with Rx information had not come in the mail. I printed mine from online and our policy information was the same except for his ID #, which he provided. They would not fill the prescription under those numbers and refused to call insurance company to confirm. They could have checked his insurance status online through the portal. They said they needed the new card and that was that. The pharmacy technician was judgemental in her questioning why I didn't just pay cash for the 10 dollar medication... well Karen because we pay 1000's for our health insurance and that medication is covered and should be zero. I went to drug mart, gave them the cards and explained the situation... 10 minutes later we picked up his antibiotics for a serious tooth infection at $0. This isn't the first time walmart has done this. If something was not covered in a slew of my grandmothers medications, they did not call her insurance nor did they call her to tell her they still filled it and charged her cash. They did that with myself but I caught it when I picked it up and told them I didn't want the med then. Horrible experience with the pharmacy in general but that day specifically the pharmacy tech. Impolite, inconsiderate, rude, judgemental, and lazy."

"Kmart closing the pharmacist Ashtabula, Ohio the pharmacist wanted Walmart to call her so she can inform of our drugs insurance. However the store did not want to call the Kmart store SO now ALL records go to CVS without us having to do anything. This is for the best perhaps customer service will be better at CVS."
