Firehouse Subs Tollgate Marketplace

"My wife stopped in today to order a meatball sub with no cheese, and a chicken parm meatball sub. Guy tells her the toaster is broken and it’ll take 15 minutes in the oven. She tells him never mind, asks me if it’s okay, I say it is and she goes back in to order the subs. At this point the prick apparently cocks an attitude. Not our fault your equipment is broken, either deal or fix it. Then we get the food only to find out when we get home that the supposed to be plain has cheese on it. I mean, come on. Really my man? Maybe next time get the order right instead of getting upset with people over YOUR equipment problems."

"My family and I went there today around 4pm for dinner. What a nice experience we had. Employee's were great. (ONLY 2 OF THEM)They were busy and friendly. They even checked to make sure our subs were good for us. Acting like they actually enjoyed their job! Wich is rare nowadays. We all had brisket and chedder subs! "My daughter saw a promotion on T-Mobile Tuesdays app for a free hook and ladder sandwich so we went to the sub place. I wasn’t sure I wanted any sub so we ordered only one sub. The wait was for 10mins and associate was very nice and helpful in answering our questions. I must say, the sub was delicious, the bread was very fresh, the ham was sweet and cheese was fresh. The sub was everything so we went back and ordered more. I’ll definitely be back to try others."

"Gorgeous atmosphere beautiful restaurants everything was very organized. I will say though the wait time for your food is longer than it should be. But I understand why due to lack of staff. There were only two men there working. And a couple of people in the restaurant waiting for their food. I waited for a good 10 minutes to get my food. And it was my first time getting my food at the firehouse and I have to say it was delicious. Definitely would like to go there again. The atmosphere was very clean and felt like you were in really in a fire fighter house. Great for kids and families. I will definitely recommend this place. They have a lot of options in food as well. They also have great customer service. The cashier was fast and polite not just to me but to everybody else that came in the restaurant. I am very impressed with this restaurant being my first time going there."

"The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff greeted me right away. The restaurant had 3 customers and the staff worked quickly to take care of all of us. My order was taken within 6 minutes of entering and I received my food in 12 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was paying $13 for a large sub and receiving a 8 inch sub, chips, a pickle and a drink. If that's the large, I hate to see what a small is. I was happy to support the local fire department, but the cost does not support the food received."
