"I recently applied for France Tourism Visa. I scheduled my appointment at 9.00 but the wait was around an hour since each staff really pays attention to your documents. They make sure that everything is correct according to the requirement of the French embassy. In this sense, I think it is acceptable for the waiting time because it means that you would get your visa approved, definitely better than rushing through everything and paid for all the services just to be rejected. Staffs there are very patient and polite as well. I apply on Monday and got my passport back next Monday (5 working days to process)."

"I was terrified after reading the reviews of this place! Convinced myself that my passport would be lost or it would take forever to get it back. I am happy to share that my passport was returned within 15 business days of applying. I applied for a Tourist VISA to Portugal. My appointment was around 8:30 a.m., so I got there around 15 minutes before. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes to an hour before being called up. The actual application didn't take long at all. She just went through my documents according to the checklist (exactly as it was online) and then did my biometrics. I got a notification from VFS the day I applied saying that my application was sent through to the Portuguese embassy. Everyone at VFS was friendly and helpful, and I'm really grateful that I had a positive experience compared to some of the reviews I read prior to the application. Other than that first notification, I didn't receive any email updates from VFS. I eventually reached out to the Portuguese embassy asking for the status of my application, and they responded saying that I would get it towards the end of the week. I got an email from FEDEX the next day!"

"Its good. Anyways you have to pay some amount at the time of submitting the document though you pay at the time of online application submission. If at all you miss Notary on a few papers, you can get it done in the UPS as it is nearby (walkable distance)."
