"Paid $25 up front for appointment. Wife tested positive for covid on sunday-the day before appt. Left a message immediately that I may be covid positive. Attempting to reschedule, they claimed prepay was non-refundable. I had documentation from the hospital of exact diagnosis time (when I notified "dentist") and covid prescription. They just shoved the policy thing in our face. Zero compassion. BEWARE."
"Just recently moved the the area and needed a new dentist. Willow tree is definitely one of the best offices I’ve been to! You are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in, Paula at the front is so helpful. She was not only able to work me in but also answered all my questions! Once I got to the office it was such a calm environment and so welcoming! Dr. Seese and the rest of the staff are so professional and I could really tell they cared about not only making me feel comfortable but also what was best for me and my overall oral health! 10/10 recommend!"

"Let me start by saying I haven’t been to the dentist in 12 years…between anxiety and just not thinking it was afordable. Had an appointment with Willow Tree today and those folks could not be any nicer and professional! Everything went super smooth and it was so easy. The prices are great too, even without insurance I’d be comfortable scheduling with them financially.The doctor explained everything and everything made sense to me by the end. I have a clear plan to move forward and got an extraction today. All in all, a darn good dental office! Thank you guys for a great first experience!"
