Our experienced coaches offer training in pitching, hitting, fielding, and catching, helping players of all levels improve their skills and reach their goals. From group lessons to private coaching sessions, we tailor our programs to develop well-rounded softball players. Our facilities feature pitching lanes, batting cages, and turf areas, providing everything needed for player development while minimizing injury risk.
In addition to training, we offer camps, clinics, educational seminars, coaches clinics, and team building opportunities throughout the year. Partnering with Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute, we ensure that our students receive the best training and care in the area. With on-site athletic trainers and sports performance programs, we help athletes enhance their speed and strength.

"Alex and her staff are all fantastic. Unlike many youth sports instructors, they are truly invested and interested in what is best for your child. It is important to them to develop each girl based on the student’s needs and goals. Taking private or group instruction can sometimes be intimidating to young kids but the staff makes everyone feel welcome regardless of their playing level or experience."
"I can't say enough great things not only about this facility but the coaches that work here. My daughter has gained so many additional skills and had so much growth in her abilities since joining 7 Deadly Spins. The owner, Alex, puts her heart into every inch of the building and business. Even if you aren't her direct student she still knows you and knows about you. That really makes the girls feel good. The coaches are just as great. My daughter has Coach Eric Lasko for Catching and Coach Sam Frey for hitting. The encouragement they give her on a weekly basis really pushes her to do better each time she returns. She hadn't seen her coaches in an active practice scenario for about 2mo and when she did; they commented on how much she had improved. Don't get me wrong she always has room to grow and improve and learn but to see this much change and growth in 2mo is all thanks to Eric & Sam. It is definitely worth the time and money to set your daughter up with the team of coaches here at 7 Deadly Spins. As long as your daughter has the drive to be better she will become better with the guidance of these coaches."
