"Great Dentist and staff!"

"My mother started before the pandemic with Dr Brown for dentcures, so after the office reopens he gave her to Dr Pitchok. Big mistake, atleast 2, 3, 4 times a month she was going for grinding, relining, grinding more, I asked my mom why she was going there that much when my dad got his dentures he went once or twice, maybe three time not like this. So Dr. Pit kept ashing her does she want to send them away to get them religned. After the second or third time my mother finley said yes. So she did impressions sent them away and when she got them back called my mother in and put her new teath in. WOW, she tooked like a bucked toothed rabbit (you could stick at least 2 maybe 3 fingers between the bottom and the top teath) she said they looked good, and lets my mom go home, on the way out the said that will be $800 she said what I didn't know it was going to cost anything. So she had to pay it. The next day she called and said she can't talk, eat do anything with the teath, they said they could give her and appointment in 2 weeks (an 82 year old that already has chooking problems wait 2 weeks) she said she is coming up there and sitting there until they take her back and fix them. So they said ok, took her back told her she needed to see a gum specialist in Pittsburg, (her teeth was only out for 1 1/2 to to years) and they was thinking of refunding the relining fees. We made he go to Afordable Implants and Dentures in St clairsville , Shes done great no problems. So Dr Pit said she wanted her teath back so my mom wold get a refund for the relining ($800) not any of the other $8000 she aready spent. So I drove her there she gave them the teeth and the girl gave her an envelope and the grabbed it back and said I think she forgot to sign it"

"Going to find a new dentist. Arrive on time for appointments and have to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Plus have to wait for the doctor another 30-45 minutes just for 3 minutes with her. One and a half hours for a routine appointment. The kicker is that they don't communicate with you that they are running behind. God forbid your late to the appointment but they can take all the time they want laughing and giggling while you wait."
