"This is a very real insurance company and I’ve had them as my agents some 2018 for car, renters, and now home owners insurance. I’m dealing with an active home owners claim and Margie has been an incredible advocate for me in this claim and rough time I’m having! Her agents are well versed in *risk mitigation* and constantly preach this view (instead of fleecing their customers with unnecessarily expensive add ons or seeing insurance as an easy ticket to buying new things for free). They discouraged me from picking up more expensive add ons, while cautioning me when I was leaning towards less covered options. I couldn’t recommend this agency as an Erie and former Travelers customer more. I’m so glad for their advisory!"

"This insurance company is fake, I requested for a quote, wasn't interested to get insurance but they made sure the discriminated against me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get insurance with these people. I spoke with a lady name Margarita whom is the own, I first asked the receptionist for Crystal, I got slander at, and she was very unprofessional, she stated, quote, if that's none of your business. There is know Crystal she passed and she was my daughter, I went to give her my condolences because I just called for a quote, not knowing this person was deceased. I spoke to the office earlier, I got a telephone call to get my information, the person I spoke with was M Iram she asked of my property addres, the zip code, and she went over to my property and took pictures, stated, that the front windows of the house my windows was rotten out, there is a problem with bars at our home, and the tree in the back of our propertyis also a problem. She never mention that if I mind her going over to my property to take pictures without asking, or stating; would I have a problem even though she never said she would do this before a quote would be proveded .though she never did a quote on my property. The owner was telling me about an Underwriter guidelines has been changed, which felt if though I was lied to from the Agencies that gave me a quote on my property. I know anyone else want insurance do not talk with Crystal Insurance company they are discriminatory."
