"I had applied for the Dual Citizenship Certificate. Applying process was simple and had no issues. I have checked the online status checker on and off during the entire process. Few days ago I received notification email indicating the certificate has been issued and ready for pickup. Today I received my certificate in the mail. I had two documents missing, i20 and credit enrollment for the current semester to prove that I am still student, she took initiative to print those from the provided soft copy.
