"So I had decided to look up other pharmacies to use after the millionth frustrating experience at CVS and found this place. It was only about 13 minutes from my house and since it was a smaller pharmacy, I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you that I am NEVER going back to CVS or other big chains. It is such an easy process here every time I go and I'm in and out within 5 minutes. The first time I used this place, the pharmacist offered to get my prescriptions transferred from CVS and not only did she get it done despite her being on hold for 20m and getting hung up on, she even called me to keep me updated and texted once they were ready for pick up. Also anytime I call to ask questions or get an issue resolved, there's never a long wait time and they really take their time to help me. They are always super nice here and I just can't believe I've spent years dealing with big pharmacy chains when a place like this has always existed. I could probably go on longer about how great this place is, but I'll just keep it short and say that if you go here, you most definitely won't regret it!! Oh one more thing, they sell a variety of things at the store from first aid to skin care and more. It's not overly priced either unlike some places."

"Pat is truly amazing and as others have said, does treat every patient like family and she truly cares about your well being! I tested positive for COVID and had read something online about compound pharmacies (those that use regular medicine AND naturopathic means). I found out that Potomac Care Pharmacy a mile from my home is a compound pharmacy and called in. Pat must have talked to me for over an hour and she said that many of her COVID patients had had great success taking an immune health supplement called Viracid and to take 2 capsules every 2 hours for the first 2 days and then slowly decrease, and 2 capsules 3x/day for my husband and son to hopefully help with prevention. I set my alarm for every 2 hours and took them religiously as she suggested and got well very quick! I continue to take a couple a day to help me get back to 100%. I'm so grateful to have found Pat and will definitely be moving over all my Rx as it's so nice to have a dedicated pharmacist rather than using a chain pharmacy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND POTOMAC CARE PHARMACY!!!!!"

"I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are genuinely kind and customer-centered. I was prescribed a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and it seemed as if it would be overwhelming to learn how to use, but the pharmacist took the time to walk me through everything and answer any questions or concerns I had until I felt comfortable to leave the pharmacy with it. You won't get that at major chains. I think I made the mistake of having my prescription transferred to CVS because it's closer to home, but they're so rude and impatient. I spoke with Potomac Care's pharmacist, and she was kind and patient, and she told me that it wouldn't be an issue to have it transferred back. I'd rather make the trip to Potomac Care to receive kind service than to get rude service closer to home."

"Finally, a great, conveniently located, independent pharmacy near me. Such a relief after dealing with CVS. The pharmacist is intelligent, responsive and knowledgeable. She always kindly explains the details of your medications and how to take them. She takes the time to answer any questions. This is what a pharmacy should be and rarely is. I am so pleased with Potomac Care."

"Dr. Seremet and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We have now transferred all of our family’s prescriptions to Potomac Care Pharmacy and it is the best and most timely service we’ve ever received. Even our doctors have commented at the service. When we came here I was frustrated and thought all pharmacies were the same. To be honest, this was just a pharmacy that was close by and covered by my insurance, but what at wonderful “mistake” it was! Maybe you’re where I was, I’d give them a try."
