"If I could give zero stars I would. They usually take 3 hours + to fill prescriptions, and when I received the text that they are complete, the staff is sitting around talking and then have to fill the prescription. Also, they are extremely rude and combative. Don’t dare ask any questions."
"Went in one day and they told me they were out of one of my prescriptions, and waiting on confirmation from my doctors for another. The next day, they told me they had no prescriptions on file for me at all. Expect for someone to ask for a dollar on your way in and out."
"This pharmacy lacks care of patient health. When you try to contact them, they will never answer the phone. Their fax machine is apparently broken. If you order medication, don’t expect to pick it up the following day because it doesn’t arrive. They say that they “ordered the medication” when they actually didn’t. We almost missed my fathers procedure because of their lack of responsibility and duty. They play the “victim” role when it’s actually you. Go to a different pharmacy for better patient care and consideration."
"My prescription is never ready. They never come to help until you call out and still wait. They didn’t have an update my doctor sent. When I had my doc resend they said they didn’t have the medication. I asked if they could check if they have the updated prescription days later and they said they wouldn’t check. I had to accept what they gave me? Leaving me to either accept a months worth of the wrong mg. And be out early or take the insufficient dose? Obvious answer sadly is switch to a different pharmacy that I can’t walk to but will make an effort to follow basic care and well bring instructions. I can’t be the only one. Please report anytime this happens consistently to the medical authorities and the company. They don’t have to keep their license or job. If they are hindering our health."
