"Probably the worst run pharmacy in northern va. The pharmacy manager is awful and does not care except to mention she is always short staffed. I get that but on top of that she is rude to the customers, work does not get done as it comes in. Ive twice had medications called in the previous day during early times and they were not filled until the next day when I showed up to the pharmacy. I have worked and been a pharmacy manager for years and I can say with certainty that I would not have a job if I ever acted in this manner. Not sure what Giant is thinking but the reviews speak for themselves. I have also now put in a complaint with the board of pharmacy for numerous violations at the store."

"Made an appointment (5:45pm & 6pm) flu shots. It is now 6:28pm and I and my daughter just received the shots. There are 2 people working the pharmacy. I ask why make an appointment if you are not going to honor the appointment and the response was “I know, we are backed up with RXs”. Don’t go to this location. Unsatisfactory service!!!"

"I’ve been a customer for over 35 years and always receive wonderful customer service and care. The regular staff know and greet me by name. I feel this whole Giant, has many long time employees from Tina the manager; the deli manager, the stock people, the produce people (produce has gotten a lot better lately) but especially Valerie and the other pharmacy staff are great."

"I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 25 years and have ALWAYS had outstanding service. All prescriptions are filled in a first in first out basis unless you’re there in person and let them know it’s urgent. The pandemic flood of prescriptions did cause some delays, but generally they get the meds out as quickly as reasonably possible. If they have run out of your meds, they’ll order it for the next delivery or search other stores to see if they have it. The staff is very attentive to the customers and works hard to provide friendly and efficient service. Note: no, I don’t work there."
