"I am writing this while standing in line. Because you're always standing in line at this CVS. I don't know if it's the training, the volume of customers (although it never seems to be crowded), staffing, or just overall pokey and disinterested attitude of the staff but it is impossible to get in and out of here in less than 30-45 minutes, especially when using the pharmacy. The store is bright and clean, but I primarily want to be in and out of a CVS to just pick up a few things out of convenience, and in that aspect this location totally fails. Edit: Kafita in pharmacy needs to be recognized for great service - she is excellent and tries to expedite things. Just seems like she's working against many obstacles. Need more like her!"
