"Not offering the best discounts to military families & Veterans."
"We had reserved a site and was told we could pay the next day as they were closing and we didn’t have our wallet. We were told they would hold the site. We called the next day to pay and was told they gave it away because they can’t hold without payment at the time of reservation. They sent us to range 14 without telling us it was an active range and there would be skeet shooting at the campground where the campsites were. We would not have stayed here as our dogs are afraid of loud noises and were traumatized. They could have moved the shooters away from the campground area but had them shooting less than 50 ft away. This information should have been given to us at time of reservation. The below picture is from our rv and there are several more all around."
"Just left the fishing derby at Laurel Pond. Great set up, but there’s an elderly guy catching all the fish by the inlet to the pond. Thought it would be obvious to the coordinators since he had a stringer full of the stocked fish. He claimed he was there with his grandson, but the kid wasn’t fishing. Said he had “special bait” and was letting other kids reel in the fish, which he kept. Looked to be in his 60s. Was wondering which age group he was in? Your workers were doing a good job walking around, but nobody said anything to this clown. Anyway, not my circus, not my monkeys. Just explained to my nine year old that there’s adults who have no qualms about ruining a kids’ fishing derby. Hopefully he’ll choke on a bone when he eats all of the trout he caught with his “special bait.” What a sportsman."
"Was here for a soccer tournament. No complaints. They handled entry well for the number of people. Fields were a bit rough and uneven but what can you say? It's a base, not meant for soccer."
"Great service! While I was waiting in line for the Magnificent 7 tickets, one of the employees was nice enough to offer chairs for people to sit. Also, when I finally made it inside. I was able to buy other tickets for another event while getting my Magnificent 7 tickets."
