I am not pleased with my dentures there lab sucks. and I am going to go get another set somewhere else. Customer service was alright but doctor made me feel very uncomfortable"

"I've been going to this dentist for 2 years (3 visits). I enjoy Dr. Greaves (he's friendly and patient), but his front staff are obnoxious, unprofessional, and have bad attitudes. Each time I have went, I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment and yet im still waiting never less then an hour to be seen. Today my appointment was at 10am. I was there at 9:45am and signed in...at 10:20 the young lady said that since im a new patient, i have to fill out the form again. I did. Not a word to check-in or inform me about the process after that....nothing. I am a professional and have responsibilities to my workplace... Taking 2.5 hours out of my day for a 20 minute cleaning is unacceptable. Never going back"
