"This is my second review for this office. If I could give them no stars, I most definitely would. My appt was supposed to be changed by the Mia whom Is the front desk person, I was just told she was the office manager. When I asked her about my appointment, she stated that her position is a treatment coordinator. I asked to speak to the office manager, and I was given the business card to email her. I came into the office for a 2pm appointment and was told I would be the third person. I asked once again for the office manager and was told by the front desk that she had just left for lunch. I took off from work once again for my appt at this office, which the appt was supposed to be changed by Mia and Dr. Avery stated he couldn't accommodate me because he didn't have the time to do it. Basically, I lost time from work because of this office. This is by far the worst dentist office. If you're looking for a great dentist's office, this is by far, not it. Every time I come to this office, it's new staff."
