"PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!! This place is a horrible mess. if -100 stars existed then I would give this place that many negative stars, #1 the dentist was listening to music while working on my teeth and was rushing the whole time, #2 the dentist had a huge temper. He was very rude and told me many things that weren't true about my dental health. This place sucks and this dentist shouldn't exist. Place just wants to run peoples pockets."

"These people STAY canceling appointments because “the doctor isn’t in” they’ve rescheduled my crown FOUR TIMES. at that point at least take responsibility and refer your clients to someone actually capable of doing their job better than you. Because clearly if you’re “not in the office” that many times, which we know is a lie. You’re just lazy and need a new job that people don’t depend on you as much. Refer us to someone who actually cares enough and stop wasting everyone’s time. we have jobs and everything else we have to cancel for you. The staff needs to stop covering for their incompetent doctors 6 months after all this went down I find out from a better dental clinic that these people can’t even do a root canal correctly. They still left dead root in my teeth. Which if untreated would have rooted and infected my entire tooth. These people need to be shut down and have their licenses revoked."

"They are so bad. 6 months ago i had to wait 2 hours for my scheduled checkup. The waiting room was full. This time it was 1 hour. The waiting room was empty. They did the polishing before they did the cleaning. The dentist finally came after another half hour. He cut my gums with the water jet while cleaning. I have never been dammaged like that at a dental cleaning. Last time I go there."

"If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Place was super unhygienic and it looked like the cleanliness and safety certificates were all expired by at least 5 years. I’ve never had such a short cleaning that was so painful at the same time. I got absolutely soaked with water during my cleaning, my face was literally dripping. The dentist clearly had no idea what she was doing because it felt like she was tearing my gums out of my mouth. She used the scraper tool for less than five minutes, made me bleed profusely, didn’t use any suction and then didn’t even give me anything to rinse my bleeding mouth with after. Not to mention she didn’t even brush my teeth and proceeded to tell me I had five cavities (I had none). I should have heeded the other reviews not gone."

"This was the worst dentist appointment I've ever had. I (foolishly) read all the poor reviews and hoped that given some were from a year or two ago, the place had made some changes - I was wrong. Every criticism you see in these reviews is spot on. Besides the receptionists, the staff are unwelcoming, inattentive, and rude. The cleaning did not consist of any scraping of plaque or flossing, just a two minute brush with the handpiece and it was done. The dental staff did not communicate to me whatsoever what they were doing, how many teeth looked, etc. Do not come to this dentist office, it is not worth your time or money! Do not expect that the staff or atmosphere have changed, I hoped that was the case and was proven very wrong."
