"Wonderful experience with Dr. Roya Pilcher. My 5 year old daughter isn’t an easy client - she has trouble seating still. But Dr. Pilcher makes her feel so comfortable and really responds to her needs. She explains her every step and takes breaks if needed. If something doesn’t work, she has alternative ideas and won’t give up until the work is done and the little client is happy. We came to Dr. Pilcher from a different dental practice with some traumatic experience. Dr. Pilcher saved the situation - the teeth are in great shape (all dental work was done perfectly ) and my daughter loves her dentist! Highly recommended."

She must have a time machine because she never leaves us in the waiting room and gives our family as much time as we need for our child's appointments, every single time. Despite all this, she is incredibly skilled at working in pre-cooperative mouths and does amazing things in a matter of seconds. Her bedside manner is phenomenal—she somehow creates such a fun, playful environment for kids in a normally stressful context. I don't think we have ever had such incredibly high quality care from any doctor, let alone a dentist. The decor / atmosphere is really fun—camping theme—but we keep coming back for the exceptional care she provides to our daughter. The front desk staff and hygienists are 100% delightful as well."

The staff is friendly and patient and kind and make cleanings and appointments a pleasure. And the kids still love to pick a toy at the end of each appointment.
