"They took 1 hr for xrays and asked me to come for another day for cleaning, claiming "insurance policy". When I returned they asked for $60 additional BEFORE I sat on the chair, which they never told me in my previous appointment. I walked away without cleaning out of principle, for not being told this fee in the first place. They billed my insurance for full cleaning on the same day of my Xrays. 1.they never cleaned my teeth at my first appointment. 2. they didn't tell me I will need to pay $60 additional for an additional appointment, 3. they billed for full amount to my insurance."

"The front of house staff and hygienist were fine but I experienced a very unhinged dentist here. He seemed to flip out when I didn't tell him thank you as he left. There was no other issue beforehand and he couldn't put it into words beyond "I didn't thank him enough". Extremely odd and unprofessional, and he seemed very unskilled in his work. I was told leadership would contact me to discuss the incident but they did not reach out."

"Had to find a new dentist due to new insurance. Went in for checkup and cleaning and after 30 min of X-rays and trying to sell me implants -she said she couldn’t do my cleaning today and I had to schedule it for a later date. Due to deep and intermediate cleaning. That was the only reason I went in there today was for my routine cleaning. Crazy that my old dentist would be able to do this but for them they couldn’t. It would have been less expensive to not use insurance then and just stick with my old dentist office as I noticed that I would need to schedule 2 different dates to get my cleaning completed. How is this normal?? I know my teeth are far from being perfect but there is no way I need to schedule 2 days to have a cleaning done. Wasted my time and my teeth still need to be cleaned …"

"I recommend this place to everyone. I have never gone anywhere as professional and as caring as this dental office before. Dr. Ali is absolutely amazing. I recently had extraction of my wisdom teeth and the bleeding wouldn't stop so Dr. Ali had to come back to the office again to stop the bleeding on a Saturday night, which I can not appreciate enough. He made me feel very comfortable and was constantly checking on me till I assured him that the bleeding has stopped. I have also worked with Dr. Steve and he has also been very easy and great to work with. They are all passionate about the work that they do and truly care about their patients. Thanks to all of them."

"Dr Ali and Staff are nothing but amazing and caring. The staff is awesome and explain everything in great detail. Dr Ali is so nice and kind and sincerely makes you feel like his best client. It was my first appointment in a long time and as nervous as I was I felt welcome and cared about plus they worked with me since they understand I am not made of money as most people aren't.
