"Make your own decisions, but here was my experience: Go in for a cleaning. Fine. Good experience. Front desk was nice. Come back for 2 fillings. Tooth is ground away without explanation. Then, with barely any tooth left, I am told I need to get a crown. Okay, guess I'm getting a 900$ crown. He mentions how it's very hard and he did a good job with the crown. He also offered to fix one of my front upper tooth's cover, (the tooth chipped when I was young). He finished and it was crooked and an uneven bite, so every time I bit down I was grinding on that tooth. He said it would be fine, come back if it's a problem. I came back the next day, and he corrected it. The tooth is now crooked. He told me "you'll get used to it, it was hard." I hope you'll trust me on these words, I don't tend to complain about these things unless I really feel it's necessary. I didn't write on here cause I honestly liked the front desk staff, they were really sweet. But speaking from my experience, the dentist was nothing short of a crook, man, this is ridiculous. Never going back."

His office staff are always helpful and friendly, and Helen Kim works hard with insurance companies to negotiate down my out-of-pocket cost. Christy has been my dental hygienist for years and is always friendly and attentive. Over the years I've had multiple crowns and have seen the dedication Dr. Kim has to keeping up with the latest technology. My first crown was temporary, and now I can walk out the same day with a permanent crown. When I had an emergency and called after hours, Dr. Kim called me back within a half hour and got me first thing the next day. 10 years ago, when I experienced a panic attack during a procedure he and his staff helped me recover. I appreciate his dedication to his craft and his bedside manner has improved over the years, but I put that down to his focus on doing his job with complete dedication. I really appreciate the follow up calls after any procedure to see how I'm doing. I recently got a mouth guard and received a call from Helen the next day to see how my first night was. That is an experience I've never had with any other doctor's office. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his office."
