"I had been here many years back (pre covid days) and the service was excellent. This made me to come here again even when my house is far away and this being closer to my office. But this time, the service from the doctor was average. Looked like he wanted to finish things quickly and get second appointment for cleaning and filling and mentioned many times that I was late for my appointment(which I was :-P). I was told it will take 1 hr for checkup and cleaning by front desk. But it is better to put aside 2 hrs in case if we need to get back to work."

Furthermore, the clinic's communication regarding insurance verification was inconsistent and inefficient. Despite checking with my insurance provider on multiple occasions, I was repeatedly assured that there would be no additional charges. However, upon receiving my bill, I discovered that I was responsible for a co-payment. This lack of clarity and transparency was deeply disappointing. I felt misled by the initial information provided, as I had been under the impression that the initial visit included cleaning. This discrepancy left me feeling frustrated and distrustful of the clinic's practices. In addition to the insurance confusion, I found the overall experience to be unsatisfactory. The dentist seemed more focused on promoting additional services than providing comprehensive care. I felt pressured and uncomfortable during the appointment, and I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to others. I believe there are more patient-centered and transparent dental practices available. Overall, my experience at this dental clinic was marred by misleading information, unclear communication, and unnecessary pressure to undergo additional procedures.
