"Really frustrating expiriences all around. My appointment should have only been an hour and ended up being two hours, because the dentist constantly came in and out of the room. Said she would be back in 5 mins and left for over 30. The assistant came in and started talking negatively about another patient in front of me which doesn't feel good or professional. They messed up my claim and after calling multiple times was told in person that I needed to send an email with the sane information I had already given to them. All around a frustrating and negative experience and I'm done."

I needed slight separation between a few teeth before starting the first aligner and she has been meticulous with checkups for the aligners. I have been coming to this office for three years for cleanings/fillings."
