"I no longer live in Towson, but I am certainly not changing dentists. Dr. Schmidt and his team are all so friendly, including the staff at the front desk. Everyone always treats me so kindly, and I have most certainly had better dental health since going to this practice."
"I have been going to this dentist for years and due to a medical emergency I missed one of my appointments. I tried to call multiple times to explain and reschedule but they do not answer the phone. I have never missed an appointment since being with this dentist and after missing this ONE appointment they said I can no longer schedule an appointment with them. They never informed me about this policy or that I was "blocked" from scheduling appointments. I did not find out I was "blocked" until months later when I tried to make a new appointment. The receptionists was also VERY rude and the ladies there are usually very nice and understanding. I don't know if this was due to prejudice but it felt like it. I'm sure they do not treat everyone like this so I don't know why they would treat me this way after being with them for so long. I would not recommend this dentist office, especially if you are a person of color. I don't wish for anyone to be treated the way I was."
