"They do not offer reliable or realistic appointment times as advertised. I was interested in evening appointments and made that very clear at the time of my appointment. I was later told that the dentist assigned did not do evening appointments and that the dentist who does will not work on the clients of other dentist in that same office. The chaotic nature of booking simple appointments was stressful enough. The front office looks fine until you get into the back and it’s ran down and covered in pictures of the staffs family. I keep my teeth in great shape and the cleaning left my gums and teeth hurting for absolutely no reason. I know this bc the tech tools me I had great teeth before she did the cleaning."

"I initially went to the Owings Mills Office for an emergency appointment last year, and after great service - I decided to return for my annual cleaning and overall check up. I scheduled, and due to my own fault, I missed the appointment. I called the next day after realizing it, and was met with the MOST rude office manager. She told me that I was blocked from making a new appointment because I missed my “new patient” appointment. I told her I’d been in once before and she said b/c it was an EMERGENCY appointment that I was still considered “new” (mind you this isn’t my primary dentist but I was thinking of switching over) so they basically BANNED me for accidentally mixing up the date of my appointment. I went in the office to personally speak with someone in charge and to my surprise, the office manager didn’t give the same energy she had over the phone once I dropped in- she then offered to speak with someone to see if I “could get rescheduled” which I later found out SHE could’ve easily done the reschedule. I don’t know what type of games this office is playing, and everytime I’ve been in there they are empty- they should want the business. I called to the Towson office was promised a call back by the owners and that NEVER happened- that was a week ago. So, I’d say take your business elsewhere if you can."

"My son and I have been going here for about 2 years now. Everyone is always extremely polite. Even when I had an issue with a bill, I was met with respect and understanding. I highly recommend."

"The staff of Dental Partners' in Towson are friendly, the environment is clean, and parking is easy. The Hygienist is on site along with the Dentist. The dental staff provide care and concern for my family's dental needs by walking us through the process for treatment. Jolanda, and the rest of the office staff also play a key role in my family continuing to receive treatment here. They are patient, and ready to answer questions/concerns with the treatment plan as well as being able to help with navigating the healthcare system. Sure! "I was referred here by my best friend and hands down best Dentist Office I have ever been to! They are friendly from the front desk, the Hygienist and the Dentist. They explained everything to me from start to finish and check on you as they go. They leave room for questions before and after but what really won me over was that they checked my bite after my filling. I can't count on how many times I got fillings and had to come back because it was so high and my bite was off/uncomfortable. I am recommending everyone I know to come here, they have a patient for life! Great job everyone! :)"
