"They damaged my liner when opening the pool and denied it. They left the pool murky and refused to come back and address the mess they left. They are the worst company ever! The response they made to this review is totally dishonest. They are lying about what happened! Do not use these scammers ! I paid over four hundred dollars to have them rip my cover off damaging the pool, throw some shock in and leave a green murky pool! Buyers beware!"

"I hired Pool Doctor in September 2020 to close my fathers pool. He is 90 years old and in failing health. I explained that I was moving him to my home 4 hours away and nobody would be at the house when they closed and covered the pool. They were very kind and assured me that they would take care of his pool so that I could take care of my father. They also sold us a loop loc safety cover in the package. They were paid in full 9-15-20. After they were paid all communication stopped. I assumed the job had been completed since they never contacted me to say otherwise. In December, a concerned neighbor called me and said that there was NO COVER on the pool. They sent me a picture. I was absolutely shocked!! After numerous calls they finally responded and said that the loop loc cover was the wrong size and was sent back for correction and would be installed ASAP. I contacted them again 6 weeks later in late January asking for an update. Still no cover. I don’t know why they didn’t put down a cheap temporary loaner cover in the meantime. That would have been the professional and sensible thing to do. After that late January text, which I had to initiate, we have received NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL despite my many calls, messages and texts. All unanswered. Living 4 hours away and caring for my father who is now on hospice made it impossible for me to oversee the job. Well now May 28th another neighbor called to inform us that my fathers once beautiful pool was left open to the elements for the ENTIRE WINTER. It is now in swamp like condition with dead animals floating in it. They sent me pictures. I have been trying desperately to reach this company to no avail. They don’t answer their main number or return messages. They don’t answer their emergency number or respond to any emails. They just took his money in September and abandoned his pool and now they are refusing to make it right by simply ignoring all of our attempts to reach them."

"We have been a long-time customer, but last summer, the quality of pool maintenance declined. This spring we called to ask that our damaged liner be repaired or replaced, since it's under warranty - the repairs were hastily and shoddily done and the leak was not fixed; our calls and texts have gone unanswered and we still can't use our pool. This is bad business and not an appropriate way to treat a faithful customer."

"They got my pool in Bethel ready for the cold season. Locked it down and then had it ready to go the following summer. Had problems with leaves and unwanted insects in the pool and they cleaned like it was no problem, had it looking like an oasis. Highly recommend with summer once again around the corner."
