"3/27/21 After calling twice with no response, I scheduled online for a consultation. No one ever called me or even showed up for my appointment. I will admit I forgot about scheduling the appointment. After some days had past with no returned call I booked with other company’s. But on Friday I received an email reminder confirming my appointment. This morning (day of appointment) I called multiple times between 10am -3pm hoping to speak to someone but there again was no response. When I looked them up again on Google I see that their hours are only 8am-12pm on Saturdays. How can your online portal allow people to book for a 1pm time slot on Saturday if your company is not open at that time?"

"Jason is very knowledgable , he helped me diagnosed the leak in my return line. My pool had always had chemistry problems that no one else could fix, he fixed it in 2 days. My water went from swamp green to crystal blue."

"WOW!!!! ORDERED POOL COVER IN NOV, 18 ALONG WITH CLOSING SERVICES. POOL COVER CAME IN 3 MONTHS LATER, AFTER WINTER WAS OVER, POOL NEVER CLEANED OR CLOSED, NOW POOL IS SWAMP LIKE, AFTER REPEATED CALLS, EMAILS & WEBSITE SCHEDULING, NOTHING!!!!! I AM IN BUSINESS AND I KNOW PEOPLE FORGET AND ARE BUSY...BUT THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALLY PAID FOR SERVICES IS APPARENTLY RAMPANT WITH OLD WORLD POOLS!!! SMH"
