For parties in the picnic area, guests who are not members are charged a fee. Membership bonds are refundable upon resignation, with dues required by April 16th of each year. Resignation letters should be sent to the club's P.O. Box, with a transfer fee applicable. "I was just a visitor here, and it seemed like a nice place. We just enjoyed their pool. They also have teenis, racquetball, and volleyball on site. I was surprised at the cost my friend says he pays. I would expect more for that amount. It felt kind of exclusive, but I guess that is the reason why these places charge what they do."
