"Slow response. Poor quality. Only 1 year old pool."

"This is a very long review. Please bear with me. We were having a new liner put into our pool. They were also going to resurface the pool floor. They told us they would come June 10th to do the resurfacing and then come June 13th to do liner. They were a no show on the 10th. They told us they were bringing a “whole crew” Monday 13th to do everything. 2 guys came and put in 2 skimmers. That was it. They didn’t come Tuesday because of rain. It stopped at 10:00am. They then told us they would not be returning until June 24th. 11 days after the pool was supposed to be finished! June 24th they came and did the pool bottom. Put liner in, loosely to protect pool floor over the weekend. Said they would be back Monday 27th to finish. They came Monday to start putting liner in place. They realized the liner would not fit over the steps.(The steps are the width of the pool. Very long) They were measured improperly!!!They pulled off half of the pool cover. And left. A crew came in the next day Tuesday 28th and worked 10 hours drilling, chiseling and hacking away at the steps to get the liner to work. The 29th they came back and put the liner back in and got ready for water to arrive. Steps were not looking good. They left. Water finally came at 4:00. 1 truck. Guys showed up. But left. Said they’d be back tomorrow 30th, to fix steps when water got here. Water didn’t get here until 3:00. Did 3 truck loads. Guys never showed up. Now it’s a Holiday weekend. I am going to stop here and say our pool was never completely finished until yesterday. July 8th because of no shows. 25 days after it was to be done. No one would answer calls. We got very few returned calls. And days and days of no shows and delays. Please do not do business with this Company. Worst service I have ever had. Ever. The only reason I gave them a star at all was because my Husband really liked the guy he worked with in the beginning. Steve. He retired before we started the pool. Too bad."

"Pool liners are not 25 year Limited at all. They only warranty the liners at the seams and then thats up to 7 years. We have put 2 Liners on in less than 15 years. The Liners will shrink at the corners stretching to the point that they tear. Save yourself the hassle and money. Go with a different pool company!"

Very generous when it comes to recognizing the hard work we all do. Bonuses, family picnics, lunches, t-shirts, the list goes on. So if you are looking for a job this is the place where you want to be."
