The Branch - Restaurant & Bowling

"My boyfriend and I didn't really enjoy our experience here and it was our first time coming today around 3pm. The lady that handles shoe rental and the bowling balls was very rude to us. First of all she had an attitude the moment we walked through the door saying I wish the dang phones would stop ringing. Then she was rude when it came to asking for a smaller ball. Idk what her attitude was for, but she needs to learn better customer service. Our waitress was good and the food was good as well."

"Went there yesterday for dinner and bowling for the first time with the fam !! Madison (hope I have the name right) bartender did an absolutely amazing job taking care of my and my wife and the kids. She had a great attitude and personality, made awesome drinks for my wife and did a great job !! Sara the server did an awesome job as well while we were bowling she was super attentive and polite !! Even the young man running the counter and the manager that help bring our food all were great and did an amazing job !! Loved going back in a place that I went to as a kid all the time and feeling so welcome !! From the bowling to the food to the arcade all super good and fun !!"

"The food was great and bowling was fun. There seemed to be some errors with the counting and randomly assigning spares but we didn’t care too much about this. Also it was fun doing the arcade while waiting for our lane to be ready. Would definitely come again."

"Positives: Customer service: it was EXCELLENT! Both when planning my kid’s birthday party and then on the day at the Branch, the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. They brought the food out quickly, kept us fully stocked with drinks, and made sure we had everything we needed. When one of our lanes jammed, they fixed it super quickly so the kids could keep bowling. Lanes: They were great, a good selection of bowling balls in different weights, and ramps for kids to use as well as bumpers. Arcade: It’s small but it’s not too loud or overwhelming. If you’re hosting a birthday party you can get $5 arcade cards for your guests. Beer! No further explanation required. Negative: The pizza wasn’t great. That’s it. I was going to take off a star because of the pizza but I thought that wouldn’t be fair because overall the experience was so good. With tax and tip included, I paid under $300 for a pizza party and bowling for 8 people (that included the cost of shoes, two lanes for two hours, and an extra couple of tables to set out food and to sit down and eat), 7 $5 arcade cards and a couple of adult beverages. Excellent value for money. And most importantly: we had a very happy birthday boy! Thanks to Sarah, the party coordinator, and Eliana, our server!"

"Very enjoyable experience period we have a team party here and a season party for our youth soccer team period food was excellent pizza was delicious a serve beer about 30 people attended highly recommend it this is one of the best venues for this type of entertainment that I've seen in a long long time period only step up could be the coffee coffee was a little weak but of course you don't come here for the coffee :)"
