"Talked back in December about a trip, good communication and emails returned, was told to have a decision around end of January to book, sent email end of January , was told they would get back to me well it’s 3 weeks no response , called office for a call back , nothing returned , find out this place doubles as a tax return place, so better get your stuff booked before February 1st or you will get nothing from them."
