"We placed a pretty big order, everything was in the bag, the chicken was thoroughly cooked. We pre ordered 2 chicken Pot Pies also everything was finger lickin good! I think different staff working because this has not been the case, normally missing bisquits, gravy or something, and normally the chicken needs to be placed in the oven because its raw. We were very happy this last time. ."
"Worst KFC experience ever. We were given the wrong order. When we brought it to their attention, we had to prove to the manager that it was not what we ordered. Half of the order was right, but that half got cold while the other half was corrected. I complained to corporate later and they asked for a detailed story. I gave it to them and never heard anything back. Why waste my time if you have no intention on remedying the problem. It will be very easy for my family and I to never eat at KFC again. Absurd and a waste at every level."

"I ordered online for pickup, and I had 5 hungry teen boys in tow that had just spent all day at the waterpark up the road. The staff was very friendly and informative. They were busy and I had placed a large order. They were running a bit behind, but it wasn't a big deal. They felt bad that I had to wait and gave me a free gallon of drink and an extra 6 pack of biscuits. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt appreciated! Great customer service Monticello KFC!"
