"Nice store, but customer service is unsatisfactory. This morning around 8:30am after grabbing 6 items, I went to the front to cash out, where I saw the cashier shooting the breeze with the Lays delivery guy, as she ignored me for 3 minutes. Then I heard the Lays guy tell her "There's a self check out right there..." to which she responded with "Yeah well tomorrow I'm going to be here all by myself, so they're gonna get used to using it." a few seconds later she tells me she will be with me "in a few minutes" as she continues chatting it up with the Lays guy."

"With two in our small city, if one doesn't have it the other does. Both are convenient to go to. Also both places are comfortable to shop. Rte 6 store has more friendly people."

"Boxes in almost every isle and no one working except one cashier. The cashier was very friendly and trying to serve as many as possible. When I left there was 2 employees out front smoking which I felt was wrong with so many people inside but I also understand that everyone needs a break now and then so......."

"Stopped real quick 20 minutes before closing. Waited for cashier to finally come to the register, (after passing me on my way there). Then she very politely told me that she would love to wait on me but couldn't because Kayla took the drawers. How are you going to be open but unable to take care of customers?"

"Not as crowded and messy as some Dollar General Stores. This location seems to keep less stock on the floor making the aisles easier to navigate. It is relatively new and pretty large so that is likely the reason. It's always been clean, as well. The service is hit-or-miss as it is with a lot of DGs. The prices seem average and the selection is the same or a bit better than other stores in the chain."
