"My daughter referred to the food prep/manager lady as the mean blue haired lady. Super unfriendly atmosphere, time and time again. She makes angry food, as my bun was over toasted, and I got a dry burger patty. I can normally avoid this but the app wasn't working. So I was forced to waste my gas for 25 minutes in the drive thru. Or go inside and endure the barrage of unpleasant remarks. I get it. Minimum wage. Minimum skill. But come on. I wasn't the only one with a child in the lobby."
"Wow!!! Haven't been to McDonald's in a long time. Talk about increase in prices, decreased portion size. Simple cheeseburger small!! Not for me."

"I prefer to use the app whenever I order, because I am able to clearly select what I want and what I don’t want. For the most part, I get what I order but as of recently on most of my sandwiches, I am not getting what I ordered. Since I go through the drive-through, I don’t open my food until I get home, so I’m kind of stuck with whatever I have. You would think since I am using the mobile app, and since everything’s laid out, that directions could be followed clearly, but of course I’m wrong. I. Just getting a little sick and tired of paying for food that is continually wrong, week after week."
