"We've been going to Rustic Grille for years. I can't remember a bad meal or a time when the service was poor. The food is always fresh and the menu is large. Weather you choose pizza, pasta, a wrap or an entree everything is always very good and very fresh."

"I had chicken on my “taco salad”. The chicken was disgusting and had a very strong smell. It also looked and tasted like it wasn’t seasoned at all ( not what you would expect for a taco salad) .. I’ve never had chicken that smelt that strong before and was surprised to find someone else providing a similar review 6 months ago. It looked dry and off color too…I think you need to change what you’re doing. chicken cooked to order (and seasoned) would be ideal..or maybe change suppliers? I’m hoping it wasn’t bad chicken and that I don’t get food poisoning ( that’s how gross it smelt) .. maybe someone higher up should look into this? Try eating it? Now that you have more than one customer reporting the problem."
"Rustic Grille has a big selection to choose from. I like their salads the most, especially the Chicken Mandarin Salad. The staff there are very nice and the wait for food wasn’t long, even when it was a little busy. I’ve order out from them too and it is definitely a good place to get takeout."
